Art and Resilience: ‘Dipingere la Sopravvivenza’ Unveiled

Dear friends and art lovers,

I am incredibly excited to share the release of my latest book, “Dipingere la Sopravvivenza” (written in Italian).

Lately, I find myself in a state of pure creative ferment. There is a powerful light inside me whispering that I cannot stop writing. Right now, I am dividing my days between my garden—where I am fully immersed in creating a new art installation—and my desk, returning indoors to dedicate every free moment to my books. Because of my anxiety, it is still difficult for me to find the focus to read other authors, but being able to write so fluidly is a massive milestone for my personal resilience.

This visceral memoir maps the journey of Art, a “post-industrial shaman” and the creative world’s Silver Muse. It takes you from the freezing, gritty reality of living on a narrowboat in London and the raw winters of Newcastle to a definitive artistic rebirth in the warm light of Bath.

Aboard Girasole—a yellow van turned mobile art studio—and surrounded by her “free creatures” (Panna the cat and her fierce chickens, Thelma and Louise) alongside her Viking, Art transforms past trauma and survival into pure, vibrant canvas paintings.

It is a powerful anthem about shattering your iron cages, reclaiming your biological sovereignty, and finding your true light.

“Dipingere la Sopravvivenza” is out now! You can find it on Amazon, available as both a Kindle eBook and in Paperback edition.
